Suggest Remedy For Cystic Pimples

Hello, I dont tend to have a lot of break outs, excluding the monthly PMS ones. However, 2 days ago I got what looked like a cystic pimple. It was hard,didnt have any white top, and yesterday I got sick of it so I popped it. The horrible white stuff came out, then I cleaned it, and I put ice on it. Today it looks the same, but if I press fluid will come out, sometimes bloody fluid. Today is my first day of school, please help me do something.

Hello and welcome to HCM
Since you dont have a severe acne problem, for now, you can treat the cystic one. Dont squeeze it further. Apply a clindamycin gel over all pimples. You can also take a course of doxycycline for two weeks to help with the acne problem. Picking or squeezing them can leave scars and also spread the pus further inside. If the cyst remains large or new ones appear, visit a dermatologist who will help clean it gently.
If it is very hard, they will advise you regarding steroid injections to reduce the swelling.
Since you are young, you may have repeated outbreaks due to hormonal changes. Keep your skin oil free, watch your diet. Use an oil control face wash or one with AHAs.
