Suggest Remedy For Dandruff

Hi, I have blepharitis and its been so hard to get rid of it. I have used baby shampoo, and several commercial eye scrubs and nothing seems to work. I still have dandruff like flakes on my eyelashes which has been making my eyelashes fall out daily. Please advice. Thank you.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.

Dandruff is mainly fungal in nature and need treatment with antifungals.

You can use noskurff lotion in night and sleep.

In day you can use sebowash shampoo to wash your hair.

Also take antihistamine tablet like cetrizine

This will give you relief.

For eyes you can use oint clotrimazole at night daily for 15 days.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
