Suggest Remedy For Dark Brown Spots On Skin

I have some dark brown spots on my skin .. But around the dark area it has a line sometimes that raises up .... It scratches from time to time .. Can you help? It really bothers me ... I don t have a lot ... But it started to appear on my forearms ... But now I an seeing them on my left leg !

Hi. Have you applied any OTC cream over it? It could be tinea infection and apply sertaconazole (Onabet) cream twice daily. Take on sedating antihistamine like levocetrizine. Hope it helps.
