I have been using it for a month and there has been considerable changes. i just wanted to knw if there are any sideffect in using this cream bcoz i saw a few bad reviews about the product online and also wanted to knw its availability in the uae bcoz i bought this product from india. i live in dubai nw. so i wanted to knw if its available in india? Also people say when u stop using that cream, ur skin would darken much more. Hi.
As per your case history of dark skin.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Melacare cream contains hydroquinone, tretinoin and mometasone. It will give faster results but its side effects are thinning of skin with burning sensation and redness. Moreover there will be relapse of dark skin on stopping it.
3. It is better to go for other safer creams like Kojivit or melaglow which contains non-steroidal contents. Apply it once at night on dark areas.
4. Other treatment options are chemical peeling with glycolic acid or lactic acid done by a dermatologist.

Thanks.
