Suggest Remedy For Darkening Of Face Skin

i have a problem that for my face below the eyes but not under eyes just side of the face got darkness, last 15 years i am working in sultanete of oman as a sales man , so i use to sit infront of computor daily a least 8 hours , so many creams like sun screen creams day and night creams i used, now i came to india for annual leave, so many freinds in india asking me what happened to your face both side of your face got dark, what shall i answer, please give me a solution for this

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of darkening of face skin which is due to abnormal skin reaction to sunlight specially to ultra violet radiation. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply cold compresses to affected area and consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may recommend photo-therapy to desensitize the skin, may prescribe drugs like azathioprine to suppress the immune system , glucocorticoids and beta carotenes . For now avoid sun exposure , use PABA-free sunscreens that protect against UVA with sun protection factor of 30 and do not use any other skin product. Drink plenty of fluids and take diet rich in multivitamins.
