Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods With White Discharge And Back Aches

I'm 28 yrs old. Im 12 days late for my period. I'm having cramps only when I'm laying down, thick creamy white discharge about 5 days now, headaches, back aches all over, sensitive nipples ( not sore), with negative pregnancy test x3. I'm not sure what's going on. What sould I do?
