Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods

Hello!I am very worried. I haven t had my period for 10 days. I had a tubal ligation 4 yrs ago. I have sore breasts and rectal pressure, but no pains other than an occassional mild menstrual- like cramp and headaches for the last 2 weeks. I haven t had more stress than the usual but since i am always regular with my periods, this concerns me, I know something is not right. I don t take any medications, I am not overweight and I haven t really noticed any other changes. I talked to my dr. and told me to just wait, since i dont have any bad symptoms, she things may be a hormonal imbalance, but a late period is so not me!....what can you tell me?
