Suggest Remedy For Depression, Oversleeping And Fatigue

Hello! i am 25 years old and i don`t have a active life-style. How many hours of sleep i need? What is the minimum hours of sleep and the maximum? I feel tired all the time... I sleep during the day for 10 hours or 12 hours... and i stay up during the night. i feel tired all the time... what can i do? I kind of feel depressed some times...

First of all there is nothing to do with depression, u don't have depression. Secondly u feel tired of all the time u need to have your hemoglobin checked if its low or not.if your life style is not active means u are not doing any physical activity, then u should start daily half an hour exercises like brisk walking, running,cycling etc.genelarly 6 hours in night and 2 hours in a day considered as a good sleep.by doing exercises u will start feeling a bit exhaust and u will have good sleep in night.
