Suggest Remedy For Deviated Septum In Nose

Several years ago, I was informed that I had a deviated septum, which I recently had corrected by surgery. It seems to me now that it is re-deviated (how s that for a word!), only the other nostril. My question is, can you get a deviated septum from picking your nose too hard?

HI.
The remedy for a Deviated nasal septum is definitely a Surgery if it is symptomatic and causing a bloackage as in your case.
But you have already gone through the corrective surgery.
I would advise you to get a CT scan of the nose and the sinuses to get a clear picture of the reasons for blockage.
The other factors which can cause blockage are Hypertrophied Turbinates, Concha Bullosa and so many .
Let us get to the root cause. and get treated accordingly.
Too hard pricking of the nose is not yet known to cause deviation, so nothing to worry about this habit, but this is not a god habit at all.
