Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea And Vertigo

developed diarhea during vacation near Toledo, Oh. Have not tasted or smellled bad water but suspect it may result from algal Eutrification. Have imodium and imosec in toiletry kit, but cant find any text which would work best for me. Spent a couple of months recently year recovering from 2 episodes of TIA.s My therapists in Florida got me back on my feet in both cases, but lost mucho memory. Currently suffering from vertigo and need to use cane to walk 100 yards without having to sit or fall on whatever is nearest. No bad injuries so fa Have three cardio-stents, lastly ~1983 at Cleveland Clinic. Have CKD thanks to my GP s failure to understand incompatible drugs ~10 years ago.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of diarrhea during vacation neat Toledo, may be due to algal eutrification. Have imodium and Imosec but does not know what to do. Also noted old history of TIA therapies to walk, vertigo, loss of much of memory, cardio stents and CKD .
Since you have developed diarrhea on vacation, this needs to be taken as a case of enteritis unless proved otherwise and you should consult a Doctor to get the stool checked and get started on proper antibiotic cover and maintenance of fluid and electrolyte balance as this is very important to avoid complications as you have already suffered from stroke and cardiac problems.
Also get relevant further investigations as and when necessary.
