Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea & Constipation

I have been having some stomach issues not sure what's going on. I am bloated,belching,first it's constipation now diarreha,pain at the tips of my ribs and slightly by my arm pits, heaviness in the lower abdomen. A bit hard when i bloat right below my chest and disention. Heat burn as well at times. I have been on the toilet for 3 days now with diarreha and my insides are starting to hurt, but they also hurt when i am bloated and i feel like my insides are expanded. Help!

you first need abd. ultrasound to exlude gallstones if not then you need OGD to exclude stomach pathology otherwise its irritable bowel syndrome which if persist need colonoscopy
