Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea, Fever And Headache Caused By Food Poison

on saturday afternoon ate rava idli chutney saagu coffee and water in a Restaurant and then mosambi juice in a shop. next day afternoon felt weak after exercise. had coffee in a fast food joint. by evening felt nauseated but controlled. loose motion in the night. next day water motion white and yellowish somewhat gel like milky smell mostly watery uncontrolled 7 times. only on liquid diet. fever headache weakness.what are these symptoms and diagnosis?

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of eating in restaurant and having other stuff at outside the house.
The presentation of fever, headache, weakness, loose stools as described all are suggestive of infection of the intestines and should be investigated and properly treated by antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics and supportive treatment as per the response to the existing treatment.
Rush to ER and get a proper clinical evaluation and investigations and treatment.
