Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea With Foul Smell In A Child

My son is two & half yrs old, he was first suffering from loose motion with semi solid stool & pungent smell . he got treated with homeo med & got relief, than he had got cough & flues for three days. I Rush to Pediatric Dr. & he ask for blood test, where TLC found 24,000 . he gave zanocin 50 mg/5ml twice daily for 5 days. Was it perfect for this type of illness ?

Diarrhea with foul smell is always indicative of an intestinal infection.
Send the stool for tests and culture and sensitivity as well as blood for routine tests and culture and sensitivity.
Homeo treatment has worked, but now had cough and flu. TLC of 24,000 can be due to reactionary increase or suggestive of an infection for which the above tests will probable diagnosis and a plan of antibiotic and further treatment .
Yes, Zanocin is perfect for such an illness and can be changed over as per the culture and sensitivity reports.
