Sunday evevvingmy 58 old son inn law started vomitimj conttinually. He had much diarhea temperature1o2.4 He could not eat or drink He was in thebedfro,8;00 pm unto monday till 400 pm He is sttill weak He just sit in his chair too weak to do an ything (Sunday was a family reun ion picinic)

From history it seems that he might be having sever dehydration following vomiting and loose motions.
Go to ER and get examined.
He might require some IV fluids to treat dehydration.
Mean while give him plenty of water, electrolytes and ORS liquids.
Ok and take care.
