Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea

I had a fistulotomy 11 days ago.I had Diarrhea a lot yesterday. Today area around wound is red and inflamed. Is this normal? I also had 101.4 fever last night, got blood work done in ER, said I was okay. But today, I am seeing red skin around site. Is this just due to acidic poop?

For diarrhea you can take some antibiotic preferably norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert advice along with cap omez-d or tab pan-d empty stomach for vomiting if present. You can take cap enuff or other probiotics to get rid from gastric upset along with some multivitamin like metilda-forte or neurobion-plus once daily. In addition you can take combiflam or ibugesic-plus for fever, pain and inflammation of your wound or operative site.
