Diarrhea with vomiting will make you loose the fluid as well as electrolytes hence the fainting, dizziness and feeling like seizures as you are a known case of epilepsy. I would advise you the following in such a situation: First of all get clinical evaluation, examination and insist for admission to the hospital so that a proper follow-up, review and management can be done. Please get the blood tests for CBC, electrolytes, kidney and liver function. Stool tests for three days. tests of urine, ultrasonography and anything that is advised. Proper intravenous fluids, electrolytes and antibiotics will help to get over the crisis and recover earlier, faster and curative way. Once under control you may have to take the oral medications, plenty of fluids and antibiotics to complete the course.
