Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea

I have been on clarithromycin ER for nearly 12 mos. for MAC. I ve not had any side effects until now, or I think it may be from this treatment. I have experienced very green stool for the past week and now it is diarrhea. Do I need to call my pulmologist or my primary dr.?
