Suggest Remedy For Difficult Bowel Movement

Hi, my mother is 88 and was in the hospital for one week because she had not had a bowl movement for 11 days. I had given her latulos, suppositories, senna tea and fleet enamas,and nothing worked. She has been home for one week and againg the same problem. I started the whole thing all over again and so far nothing. I just gave her a fleet enama, and whats coming out is a small amount of what looks like white, chalky almost plastic looking stool. I am worried and don't know what to do anymore but take her back int to the hospital, Can you help?Thank you,
