I work out around 3 times a week in a fitness center. I am very active but every so often I cannot seem to get my breath..after a few tries it usually kicks in and I feel fine. It has been happening more lately than usual. I am in very good health heart wise and blood pressure is great for my age (76) What do you think it could be....stress? YYYY@YYYY
