Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Conceiving
Hello sir,
I am 32 yrs and my wife is 25yrs old. We got married around 3 yrs back and trying for a baby from past 2 yrs. We consulted a gynacologyst around 4 months back. All the tests (my semen analysis and her blood tests and Ultra sound test) are normal. The doctor prescribed me "Maxoza" tablets for better chances. I cound not get that medicine in the near by shops. From past 4 months we have been trying without taking the medicine (Maxoza). Eventhough all tests are normal, what is the reason that my wife is not conceiving. Should I take Maxoza? The doctor asked my wife to undergo HSG, if not concieved in another 4 to 6 months. Will HSG improve the chances?

Welcome to HCM.I understand your concern.
Normal ovulation,good sperm quality & patent fallopian tubes are basic needs for conception.
- Your doctor had advised you Maxoza.. probaby for low sperm count or slow motility.. You should take the medicine or... get some alternative from the doctor.Or consult a urologist for expert advise after needful investigations &start the treatment . (Products like Fertyl M with antioxident preparation like Revital may be given)
- By the time you take your treatment get your wife's HSG... done for testing tubal patency .
-when both of you are normal &have good health for 3 months .. also take Folic acid 5 mg pill &capsule vitamin E 200mg in these days you should plan for a baby.
*Use LH Surge test home kit to find ovulation day for your wife.Unprotected sex around the ovulation day (2 days from the day the test gets +ve for 5 days)
* You would mostly get +ve result in 6 months art the most.
