hai doctor this is kumar i am from hyd my problem is few days back in the sleep i have pushed down my pennis with my hands. The problem is my pennis is not erecting and i am getting sever pain inside my pennis. my stomach also little bit enlarged i am facing lot of problem. only in the night times my pennis is eracting in the day times when i am pressing with my hands also its not eracting before this it use to erect but now its not eracting like before. what should i do please helps me. It is not like as before.

The penis gets erect only when excited. It is possible to have a muscle strain in your penis if you used force to push it down. If there is erection at night then you are normal.
