Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Intercourse Due To Stiff Joints
Hi, I am a 55 year old woman who has had hip replacement surgery ten years ago. I have started a new relationship after 18 years of being single and finding intercourse difficult because of stiff joints. Is there a supplement I can take to help with this or is there anything i can do to make it easier for me?

You can take muscle relaxant.
Stiffness can be reduce due to physiotherapy and exercise.
You can use position in which less likely hip movement occur.
So make sex easy by position not by drug.
