last week I had rotator cuff surgery. I awoke 3 hours after surgery and was quite dis-oriented for some time. I had difficulty swallowing for days. (3 +) I had little recollection of the days events. Even now a week after, I m still slightly uncomfortable when swallowing ?

ur difficuilty in swallowing is due to intubation for general anaesthesia .
that will subside in few days.
if not take serratiopeptide tablet for 3 days twice daily.
do salt water gargling
