Suggest Remedy For Discomfort Due To Small Size Of One Testicle

Hi, my problem is that one of my testicles is about one third smaller than the other one, and seems not to have descendet. And because it is hangin higer it can get "in the way" while im walking upstairs. Is this something to bee worried about? And can something bee done about it? (whwn i was a kid i had a operation becouse one of my testicles went up in to my body) thank you for your reply

Thank for your query and an elucidate history.
Noted that you had undergone some surgery to bring down the testis. You may please see the scar and tell which side? Whether the one with normal testis or the one with small testis.
From your history it is certain that the one testis that is hanging above needs to investigated and clinically evaluated by an Urologist so that the possibility of getting it to the scrotum by surgery can be tried.
