Suggest Remedy For Dislocated Shoulder

Last week I fell on my concrete patio and dislocated both of my shoulders - was treated at the local hospital ER where they repositioned the shoulders. I followed this up with my orthopedic surgeon who has recommended PT. Over the past few days I have noticed a pain in my breastbone that seems to be getting more severe. Any suggestions?

After going through your query I concluded that you got injury to your both shoulder which were dislocated. They were reduced and physiotherapy was advised. Now you are feeling pain in your sternum bone. I think you may have got undisplaced fracture of breast bone which will heal in 2-3 Weeks time. You may get x ray of it. Treatment of it is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Calcium and vitamin D suppliment help in healing. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope I have answered your query.
