Suggest Remedy For Disturbed Sleep

hi, during sleep i get lot of sexual dreams due to these without my conscious sperm leakage is taking place, due to this i am not able to concentrate on other activities, i don t watch porn videos regularly, but still my night sleep is disturbed with fantasy dreams, please help me how to avoid these kind of dreams and sleep healthy and to overcome the problem of leaking of sperm

Understand your concern
If you are younger, unmarried and sexual inactive then sexual dream and sperm leakage is common problem. Do not worry and it is normal.
If you are sexual inactive, your sexual desire can me meet by sexual dream that followed by sperm leakage.
Production of sperm and seminal fluid is continuous process. If you do not remove it by sex and masturbation then it will come naturally as continuous production cause leakage.
i advice you to do regular masturbation (3-4 per week) as it normal and does not cause any side effects.
Eat healthy diet that high in protein and antioxidant like fresh fruits.
Do masturbation at the night time before going to bed that cause release of endorphin and cause relaxation and induce sleep. Good sex (in your case masturbation) is iself inducer of sleep
