Suggest Remedy For Dizziness And Burning Sensation In Cheek Post Child Birth

I gave birth 5 weeks ago and have been having, migraines on and off since along with dizziness, neck pain and pain/burning in cheek that caused skin to be hot to touch. I feel pressure in my head and face and feel really tired and have very little energy I feel like I could sleep all the time. Really don t feel myself. Any idea what could be causing me to feel this way?

sometimes after delivery some hormonal changes can trigger migraine attack also.
please consult neurologist for evaluation and to know cause.
have a speedy recovery .
