Suggest Remedy For Dizziness And Diarrhea While Diagnosed With Shingles

Hi. I was diagnosed with shingles about 2 months ago. I was on antibiotics the rash wasnt that bad but started on my low back which made my ciatic nerve hurt on and off which still does hurt. I have been dizzy and nauseas pretty much since then and have had mainly diarrhea or loose stool. Could this all be related to the shingles virus? I m dizzy to the point where the last 2 days I feel like I m spinning and have a hard time like reaching for things and grabbing things like my equilibrium is off or something.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of multiple and varied problems which may not be interlinked.
You had Shingles 2 months ago, sciatica, rash on lower back, on antibiotic, diarrhea.
Now that you have dizziness for 2 days so much that you are unable to reach for the things and feeling of loosing of equilibrium.
I would advise you the following:
- Bed rest as you may fall and have further injuries till you recover.
- To test the stool, blood and urine.
CT scan of the Mastoids to see for internal infection or inflammation.
Contributory factors may be there like upper respiratory tract infection or so.
MRI of the lower spine as you have sciatic like symptoms
Proper medication for symptomatic relief of the symptoms and to get the cure to be fit.
