Suggest Remedy For Dizziness And Strange Sensation In Forehead

Hi, I have a strange sort of sensation in my right temple. It is hard to describe the exact type of feeling it is. Kind of feels like it is in behind my eye. It's not a head ache I have never felt this before. I have also felt a bit dizzy the last couple of days. Should I be worried?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to a sinus infection. An eye disorder (glaucoma, decreased vision) can not be excluded either. For this reason, I would recommend performing a sinus X ray study and consulting with an opthalmologist for a physical exam. A brain MRI study or CT scan would be necessary in case the above tests result normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
