Hello,

If the ENT has ruled out any problem then there could be other reasons for your dizziness. Dizziness is caused by problems in the inner ears, eye sight, issues in the receptors present at the joints and blood, heart and central nervous system causes. You need to visit an eye doctor and a internal medicine specialist to rule out other causes.
