Suggest Remedy For Drooping Of Eyelid And Vertical Diplopia
Hi, I am suffering from ocular myasthenia with Thyrotoxicosis. I am having drooping of right eye lid with fatigue ability and vertical diplopia. I am having the following medicines now. Distinon 60 mg thrice daily, Prednisolone 50 mg once daily and Calcium supplement (Shelcal OS). However the symptoms have not disappeared even after taking the above medicines for the past 20 days. Please suggest way forward. Thanks.

myasthenia and thyrotoxicosis should retreated as recommended by phy sician.symptoms are expected to be inline. you have to wait for result, or may take opinion of other doctor for second review

mysthenia graves is to be treated. that is causing drooping of eye lid.it is clinically diagnosed and some blood test can-detect acetyl choline muscle recepter anti body. it is arare autoimmune disorder. no cure for it drug li ke neostgnine prepattttration and surgery can help to some extent.
