Hi thanks for contacting HCM .. Here by smoking weed you can have bronchitis ... So cough is present.... Chest x ray useful showing prominent vascular marking if it is present.... Avoid smoking.... If dry cough troublesome take dextromethorphan containing syrup... If difficulty in breathing associated then to relieve inflammatory swelling short term steroid can be taken.....
