Hello, I am a 18 year old male, and I have dry-ish flaking skin on the head of my (grower) penis. I also have bad smelling urine and depending on the day, my penis will leak(sometimes a dribble or sometimes a a lot) through out the day. It will hurt to urinate and my stomach will hurt as well. It also sometimes feels like i need to urinate when i dont need to. Please help. -Ben
Hi Welcome I have gone through your query. I would like to know your age. It is difficult to comment on flaky skin, without examination, I would suggest you to apply calamine lotion with alovera to it. Bad smelling urine and pain, it might be due to UTI, urine routine examination is needed. Drink plenty of water. Enlarged prostate can also be responsible, so digital rectal examination might be needed. This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.
I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Take care.
