Suggest Remedy For Dryness And Cold Sores On Lips

I had a shot of prolia on Dec 30 first shot I ve got really dry lips last week got a c old sore on upper lip now gone yesterday woke up with a sore on left corner of mouth then today woke up with another cold sore on bottom lip I take daily vitamins and use Carmex for my lips but they are extremely dry

Hi dear ,

As you mention that you had a prolia shot on December 30 . It seems to me that the sores you got on your lip are not due to prolia shot although prolia shot known to cause blisters on skin but Its around 7 moths ago you took prolia shot and its a long period . The probable cause of the dryness and sores is chaped lips . I would suggest you to keep applying Carmex lip balm as it also contain SPF , do not pick or lick your lips and apply ice pack to the lips twice a days . Apply raw honey on lips at night before going to bed . If the condition doesn't improve in few days then consult your doctor mad discus about your lip .
