I just had earwax removed from both ears . I was only experiencing fullness in rt ear and tried using over counter debrox for 3days then went to doctor . The nurse practitioner said yes u have a lot of wax inert ear and I can t see the ear drum. Then looked in left ear and said we will do that ear it s about 90 percent . Medical assistant flushed out rt ear a few times a lot of ear wax came out . Then NP came in and used long skinned instrument to get rest out without any pain or problems. Left ear she put softening drops in . Nurses aid flushed multiple times without too much coming out. NP comes in and gets long skinned instrument and digs around wax not coming out . It was painful but assured me that it won t hurt anything . Got some a little wax out . Repeated flushing 3times by nurses aid and NP attempted multiple times to get wax out casing pain to my left ear. For 2 days hearing seemed different almost dulled so tonight I wake up and notice a whoosing sound coming from left ear .
