Suggest Remedy For Ear Blockage.

I've been having problems with my left ear recently. It feels like if I have air trapped but on occasion like I can hear my heart beating as strange as it sounds. It doesn't feel like that all the time but it seems to happen more at nights than the day time .

Commonest cause is wax impaction, or if you had a cold, running nose, eustachian tube blockage.. just since u are more calm and aware , it is presenting more at night, otherwise day time u usually are occupied with some or other ..
