Hi.. Welcome to healthcare magic You can give time and wait ..but only concern is perforation of ear drum though not an emergency this needs an ENT surgeon intervention later...there must be bleed or just edema of ear linning causing the blocking sensation and listioning your own voice...nothing to worry they will get back to normal...take tab paracetamol for pain relief and tab levocetrizine with phenylephrine which relieve congestion ...and you have to consult your doctor to rule out ear drum perforation which can be identified on examination only...wish you a good luck and health... If you have any further questions you can always ask me on health care Magic... Its my pleasure to help .. Dr Paparaja S MBBS MS Consultant ENT surgeon
