Hi welcome to HCM .... You have ear pain since one month. ... It is not normal ...You are given cetrizine like antihistaminic drug to relieve congestion ... Steam inhalation also help in relieving congestion .... But cause for pain should be searched. ... Impacted wax can lead ear pain.... You might gave otitis media like middle ear infection or can be myringitis like infection .... For which otoscopy examination done to visualise interior of ear and antibiotic ear drop given ..... If wax present should be removed .... So if possible better to consult Ent surgeon for ear examination .... Take care ... Hope your concern solved ...
