Suggest Remedy For Eating Disorder Due To Fear Of Putting On Calories
Hello, I am a 20 year old female who have struggled with an eating disorder. I am generally at a normal weight my whole life, but experienced a slight weight gain in my early childhood i might say when i was 12 and 13 years old. I went on a very strict diet when i was 13 1/2 years old and lost a lot of weight by the time i was 14. Since then my weight fluctuated up and down but never too high just slightly overweight by the time i was 16 and 17 years old. Then i went on another strict diet and lost a lot of weight by the time i was 18 years old. The year after that when i became 19 years old I gained a lot of weight because i saw my friends who had a super fast metabolism eat all they want and never gain a pound while i was always counting my calories, starving myself and over exercising. I thought that by eating like them i will increase my metabolism and it will be as fast as them and then i can eat all i want and never gain a pound. Now I am back to a normal weight of 60 Kg but still starving myself and counting my calories. I think you kindly can see what I m going through and I am tired and fed up with exercising, starving and counting calories. Please help me by telling that there is a way to get a super fast metabolism without telling me to eat 5 small meals a day and exercise because I cant. Is there a way to get a super fast metabolism by surgery or any type of way? Waiting to hear from you..
There is no way you can get a 'super fast metabolism' installed in your body by any surgery. But there are natural ways in which you can eat, at the same time keep your body fit. Even there are surgical techniques too. But before advising anything of that sort, you need to explain your food habits. Type of food you eat, frequency and time you eat each meal, quantity, your bowel habits, drinking habit- if any, the way you eat etc. By doing simple modifications you can achieve your desired goal.
