Can you tell me what do i have to do to get better and improve ejection fraction. Like vitamins exercise should i retire from work help me please.
Hi, Welcome. Decrease in ejection fraction from 45% to 25% suggests some event in the heart which has caused heart function to decline. I suggest you to get a sone blood tests done like Troponin I, CPK & CKMB. If they are negative than go for a stress echo to rule out any blockage in arteries of heart. The cause for decrease in heart function is important for treatment. Till than continue your medications & keep fluid restricted to 1.5ltr/ day. Thanks
