Suggest Remedy For Enlarged Prostate Gland

Have prostatic enlargement but no bladder deterioration. What is the treatment? Hi, I am a 60 -year-old male with some prostatic enlargement, and no bladder deterioration. my prostate weight is 89 gram and psa is 3.18 and indentation of 15 mm kindly suggest treatment

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have benign prostatic hyperplasia. Your PSA is less then 4 so no need to worry.
Treatments of BPH are of two type. Medical and surgical.
Medical treatment consist of drugs like alpha receptor blocker(prazocin) and finasteride.
Surgical treatment consist of trans urethral resection of prostate.
Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
