I have been taking 40mg Latuda once daily but I notice disabilitating side effects. Such as the need to sleep about 5 or 10 minutes after taking it. Then upon waking 2 hours later I am very weak and remain lethargic and in a sleep like state for another two hours. So, it leads me to early afternoon and not being able to have done anything yet in my day but sleep. I can barely eat until 3 or 4 o clock or physically get moving. My mind is slower and I feel a lack of expression in my being. Even though, I feel so lethargic all day I still need a sleeping pill to call asleep and stay asleep. I feel these reactions to the medication are counter productive despite the calmness it gives me.Could I break it in half and take it once a day?Or, are these type of reactions not going to change sprite the dosage?Thanks for your recommendation!
