Hi,
Anger is an emotion which lets a man lose control over his senses. You just need to start controlling your anger. I would advise you to start exercising on a daily basis. You can also start doing some relaxation exercises like progressive muscular relaxation. Try to note down events every time you get angry and try to understand why you got angry and what could you have done to avoid the situation. You need to start distracting yourself at such moments. If still you are not able to control your anger, consult a psychiatrist. Regular sessions might help you understand and control your anger.
Best wishes.
