Yes my name is Jackie I have a parsalhistarectme I am 49 about to month ago I had been spot bleeding I hurt like hell when I pee it feels like a lot of presure holding my pee in an it hurt but when I am sitting on a chair or something it feels like I have to pee really bad then when I get to the toilet to go pee it is like one or to drops or something is stopping it and it will hurt like hell

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. You must have undergone a supra cervical or partial hysterectomy
2. Extreme pain during urination indicates possible urinary tract infection.
3. Will require urine microscopic examination along with culture and sensitivity test to identify leukocytes and appropriate antibiotics respectively.
4. At present need to start on nitrofurantoin along with good hydration. Once treatment period is completed, repeat urine test to confirm clearance of infection is necessary. Meet your doctor for tests and prescription.
