Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of facial marks caused by hair removal cream reaction which seems that hair removal has caused allergic reaction on face and discolouration seems to be due to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wash your face with salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing face wash and apply kojic acid and arbutin containing creams. Apply Vitamin E oil at night. Exfoliate your skin with a gentle face scrub. Wash your face multiple times a day. Avoid exposure to sunlight. Visit dermatologist once if symptoms keeps on persisting and eht complete examination done. You can go for other treatments like microdermabrasion, glycolic peels and dermal rollers.
