Suggest Remedy For Fatigue, heaviness In Chest And Headaches

I am a 37 year old woman experiencing fatigue and heaviness in my chest and headaches. I have history of mitral valve prolapse and tachycardia, asthma and allergies. I used to take atenolol for a few years but weaned off of it due to it making me feel tired. I am getting very worried that I am having some heart issue. Please advise.

hi
mitral valve prolapse can itself cause tachycardia, palpitations
although beta blockers (like atenolol & metoprolol) can reduce these symptoms, they can also cause bronchial spasm in patients with asthma & allergies
kindly visit the cardiologist for better evaluation & get treated.
i suggest you to start on bronchodilator nebulisation under medical supervision, and safe heart rate controlling medicines
all the best take care
