Suggest Remedy For Fever In Lung Cancer Patients During Chemotherapy
My husband has been diagnosed with lung cancer and has undergone chemo and radiation for the past 7 weeks. His doctor recommended the flu shot which he got on Friday. He has been running a fever ever since. It was 99.7 and has now creeped up to 101.5 tonight. Any suggestions on how to bring down the fever

SINCE YOUR HUSBAND IS ON CHEMOTHERAPY AND IS HAVING FEVER I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO DO ROUTINE BLOOD TEST LIKE TOTAL WHITE BLOOD CELL COUNT,DIFFERENTIAL COUNT AND PLATELET COUNT ALONG WITH BLOOD CULTURE TEST.
if ANY INFECTION IS FOUND THEN IT HAS TO BE TREATED WITH INTRAVENOUS ANTIBIOTICS.
