Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello. I just read through your question. Fever Aline can often cause headache. Sometimes fever with headache can be a sign of a strep throat infection. If the symptoms persist for more than 48 hours, I recommend consulting with your doctor. Then the correct diagnosis can be made and the appropriate treatment plan implemented. Until then, fever control with tylenol and/or motrin, and plenty of fluids for hydration, is all that is necessary.
