my son(3 year old) is suffering from fever in night only for the past 5 days.and nosel congestion and cough was there during night only.difficult in breath in night.we are in India, bangalore. doctor prescribed MACpod 100 for 6 daya (antibiotic),DIlodx for 6 days.aanf Mefanorm for fever

Continue with medication as advised by doctor.
For blocked nose use saline nasal drops .
Give steam inhalation.
Give warm fluids like mixture of basil leaves with few drops of lemon,ginger and honey.during night.
He will be fine in couple of days.
