Suggest Remedy For Fever With Vomiting And Diarrhea
6 week old male baby. father had pyloric stenois. 3 weeks of this going on and DR not really doing anything, vomiting but not always was curdled but now is clear, diarrhea sometimes fever around 99.5 give or take very fussy after he eats til after he vomits

It seems like viral infection
Antibiotics are unnecessary
I usually give ORS, zinc and probiotics
But you need to get ultrasound abdomen to rule out pyloric stenosis ( family history )
